It is located in Caimito municipality in our province. It has an extension of 39895.66 square meters and it is made up of 40 cabins, but only 26 are available for the enjoyment of the population with capacity for the accommodation of 104 people; and the remaining 14 cabins are proposed for investments. In addition, this facility has a desk and a restaurant distributed in a kitchen, a dining hall and a cafeteria. We also have a kiosk (CUC currency), two barbecues, a sickbay, a sentry box, a dance floor, a game room, a video room, a bath area made up of a freshwater dam and a waterfall (Copey). There is also an audio booth and different against-fire points located in some parts of the yard.

 The environment of our facility is covered by a lot of vegetation, timber and fruit forests. The climate is characterized for having a rainy period from March to July.

 The construction features are masonry walls, plate roof, tile floor, and aluminum windows. Our objective is to give an overview of the characteristics and location of the facility, as well as the services and attention provided to customers in all aspects; in addition to the perspectives for the coming years.     

Its scope is to comply with all the established norms and work is done to provide better service and customer benefits. Thus we are working to keep the cabins that are available in operation. We also work on those that need maintenance.

 Our animation is mainly based on traditional Cuban music and folklore on our very Cuban roots and the different options for enjoying direct contact with nature.  You can also enjoy the different dishes, traditional seasoning (moro-rice, fresh vegetables, natural juices, grilled meats, Cuban desserts, and fried fish); and the hospitality that characterizes Cubans. Our clients may also come to visit us for a single day and enjoy all the services provided in our facility. All the services provided are offered by qualified personnel for the activity and extensive experience in these affairs. We must emphasize that the quality of human resources also constitutes an important bulwark for the installation; this is due to their peasant ancestry. They not only transmit tranquility and good treatment, but also, because of their high value of sense of belonging, they do an excellent job in meeting the customers’ expectations. You can enjoy a happy and responsible collective work in this facility, something that is highly valued by those who visit us.

The desk was built near the entrance to the installation; it has a hall and an information board with prices and other places to visit within the installation, as well as a telephone for work functions. The audio of the installation is in perfect condition, the rental of recreational facilities is done by designated personnel and we have options, such as: parcheesi, dominoes, mini billiards, basketballs, chess, checkers, and puzzles. In addition to the rental of boats for rowing on the dam with a guide, we also have services of 110 and 220 volts. It is required because there are lights in all the areas.

The installation has 26 cabins of 4 capacities each one for a total of 104 people. The bathrooms are tiled, the beds are comfortable and there is  interior and exterior lighting. Our pantry, other spaces, as well as the gastronomic services are of good quality. There is a restaurant, a cafeteria, a preparation and scrubbing area, and a warehouse. The bath area is a freshwater dam, where there is not much problem in the dry season.
