Within the first ten (10) working days of  July, applicants for enrolment in the language school shall submit to the teaching secretary a written request stating: name and surname, permanent identity card number, home address, details of the place of work or studies, the language they wish to study, interest or need for which they are applying, the level to be reached and the time at which they may attend. 

In the last week of August, the nominal list of those selected will be displayed on the mural of the centre for the information of the aspirants and the formalisation of the registration and the payment of the same will begin.
At the time of registration, the applicant must present:

Identity card.
Title or certification of completed studies. (Original and copy)  
1 passport photo.  

A letter from the workplace that endorses the need for the language, as well as the criteria of the administration and the union section, the opting worker, occupation, working hours and the dies and signatures of the administration.  

The self-employed worker must present a photocopy and the original of the accreditation card. 

Housewives must present a letter from the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC) accrediting this condition. 

University students must present the letter from the Rector or Dean of their faculty with their signature and stamp.
