Consultation of kindergarten transfer

In order to carry out transfers between municipalities, the beneficiaries present the enrolment application form, a letter substantiating the cause of their transfer and a certificate from the address of the children's circle confirming the enrolment of the child.

These documents are presented to the Directorate of Education of the municipality for which the transfer is requested, when this is in the municipality itself only a letter of request is presented.

When the transfer is confirmed, the address of the children's circle where he or she is enrolled will hand in the child's documentation, so that it can be presented at the new centre.

In the case of transfer between provinces, the interested parties submit the administrative and health file, the educational follow-up file and the family interview to the Municipal Directorate of Education, which is reviewed by the Head of the Department of Preschool Education, who attaches a letter of referral to the province of destination. The parents or guardians deliver this documentation to the Municipal  Educational Office where they are going to reside.
