Yesterday the service was affected by a 24-hour capacity deficit. The maximum effect at night was 840 MW at 8:30 p.m., coinciding with peak hours. The service remained affected throughout the early hours of today.

A maximum affectation of 750 MW is estimated during daytime hours.

Units 6, 7 and 8 of the CTE Mariel, unit of the CTE Otto Parellada, unit 4 of the CTE Nuevitas, units 1 and 2 of the CTE Felton and unit 6 of the CTE Rent.

Unit 4 of the CTE Cienfuegos is under maintenance. The limitations in thermal generation (423 MW) are maintained.

In distributed generation, 1,107 MW are unavailable due to breakdown and 456 MW are undergoing maintenance.

For peak hours, the entry of unit 6 of CTE Rente with 50 MW and the use of 172 MW in diesel engines is forecast.

With this forecast, an availability of 2,342 MW and a maximum demand of 3,000 MW are estimated for peak hours, for a deficit of 658 MW, so if the forecast conditions are maintained, an affectation of 728 MW is forecast at the peak.

All consumption restriction measures are implemented in the state sector.
