Artemisa Culture Provincial Directorate.

Call for Acting Entrance Exams:

 The National Theater School and the Artemisa Culture Provincial Directorate, call at entrance exams for actors’ training.

 Requirements:

• • Be in 9th grade or Higher Secondary Education.

• • Have obtained, at least 85 points, in the studies of 7th and 8th grades for those who are in the 9th grade, and the same index in Basic Education for those who are in Higher Middle Education.

• • Be 17 years old maximum, valid until December 31st of the current year (fiscal year end).

• • Have private address (applicant and legal guardian) for a period, not less than six months, in the province or region designated to the school center.

 “Eduardo Abela” Provincial Art School was inaugurated on September 3rd, 2012. It aspires to develop a more open training for graduates; so that, specific curricular development strategies can be devised; according to the needs and employment possibilities of the territories (Artemisa and Mayabeque provinces). 

Further diversify for theoretical-practical skills to be developed.   It is aiming at adapting them to the work of related disciplines in the same cultural sector; and even in other professional fields related, for example: propaganda, community work, or the application of derived visual uses of new information technologies.
